We were shopping in Lincoln City, OR when we overheard several ladies mention the wonderful time they had in Pacific City so, being retired, we ventured there and had lunch at the Meridian. The place is simply amazing, everything about it is first class. The food was excellent, the shucked oysters were the best we've ever enjoyed. Our server, Solace, a delightful, energetic young lady, should be the town's Chamber of Commerce CEO, a wealth of knowledge, in addition to being attentive to a T. As others mentioned, the place isn't cheap, it is however, worth every penny!
I've never had a bad meal in Oregon, so it's hard to rank my meals when visiting. Meridian is definitely hovering around the top. I had an incredible dining experience here on short notice. Service was flawless. The food was outstanding. The views were beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better time. Highly recommended!
Delicious meal last night served by the lovely and attentive Melissa. I had halibut that was perfectly cooked and hubby had scallops with corn succotash. We split a spicy lava torte for dessert. This place just gets better and better.
We drove on the beach and were intent on lunch at Pelican Brewery, but they were closed for technical reasons. So we found this spot in the Headwaters. Amazing view, oysters, crab cakes. Thoroughly enjoyed!
We came late from the valley so we had just starters between lunch and dinner, but the view and the food was incredible. Both beet and farro salads were super fresh and well balanced with layers of complex flavor. Solid Oregon wine and beer list at decent prices, and cocktails sounded wonderful. Local oysters from down the street were heavenly!
Beautiful views, delicious food, and fantastic service. Pricey, but perfect for a special occasion. Some of the best clam chowder I’ve ever had! The crab cakes and smoked pork chops were amazing, too. Tip: Online had no availability, but I called and the restaurant was still taking reservations. We were also able to park in the hotel lot for free.
Anniversary dinner! Everything we were looking forward to! Beautiful restaurant, incredibly delicious food and drink. What made it really enjoyable was our waiter Shawn. He was very attentive, conversational and genuinely friendly. He recommended Otis Cafe for breakfast since we're staying in L.C. and a good place to go agate hunting. It was a memorable evening. I'd recommend the beef tenderloin and scallops
Some of the best food I’ve had! Definitely try it out
